"BUYER BEWARE. They do not give accurate quotes and will double your insurance rate then cancel your insurance without your knowledge. Due to their negligence our claim was denied for non payment when we paid in full for the initial quote sand I have proof we did. They raised it by double days later. Their agents don’t give you accurate quotes and you’re better off calling insurance companies directly on your own so at least the conversation is recorded and they can honor their mistake. This agency is negligent and lies to you."

"Melissa, I searched our customer base and don’t see you as a customer. I have a feeling you go by another name, and this is reference to a claim on that policy. I know its frustrating when a claim gets denied. Our corporate office responded to your concerns in writing in July. All appropriate steps were taken on your policy, you received several notices advising you of the balance due, and unfortunately it lapsed for nonpayment of premium. Its frustrating but at this point there is nothing my office can do to resolve your concern. -Joe"

"I have been a State Farm customer for a few years now and this team is excellent. Their staff is super friendly, efficient, and very professional on all levels. I normally deal with Ms. Rosa Desriviere when I call their office and her service is always top notch. She's always very helpful and informative whenever I have questions or issues. "I had the worst 7 years of service with you, that's why I left and my 26-year-old fiancé fought every month that his fees went up, and he finally understood that without some thieves, when you are already a client, you have the worst customer service. our recommendations nooooo take these people are one thing is the state farm company and another is each agent who presents you look for another they are bad and deceitful."

"I called to cancel my insurance. A man (I don't know his name he didn't mention) picked up the phone and say he will do it right now. I haven't got any notifications since then. No email, text message, calls, website notifications. Nothing. I then called again to make sure that it will be canceled. The man said that the website will not change right away and he will cancel it by today. By the end of the day I still didn't have any notifications. So I sent out 2 emails to ask the progress. Still no reply until I called next day. The next day I called again to ask what was the progress. Lisa talked to me this time. She was very helpful and told me that no one had ever cancelled my insurance. I was very upset and asked who I talked to yesterday. If the simple task that I asked cannot be dealt with, then what was point of me wasting time and making the calls? Lisa said there was only one man with her in the office and he said he hasn't talked to me. So a ghost picked up my first 2 calls. Lisa cancelled my insurance and sent me confirmations within minutes. If anyone wants to contact this branch, talk to Lisa. The other guy should be fired."
